Our Mission is to enlighten, educate, inform and meet the cultural and recreational need of the people living in and around Dillon County.
The libraries serve the community by supporting life-long learning with special emphasis on educational activities for pre-kindergarten children and out-of-school adults. The libraries serve as a free resource for access to information, reading and technologies.
